As a Strategic Development and Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategic development of the company and spearhead the development of marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and retaining clientele, achieving revenue goals, and providing and coordinating presentations.

Your key duties will include building and strengthening the company’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. You will work closely with other departments to develop annual plans and identify new business growth opportunities.

The expected outcome of your role will be to achieve an annual increase in revenue by a minimum of 20%, maintain customer loyalty at 85%, increase industry knowledge by 40%, and maintain the market leadership position as the number one or two in the market. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the company’s image and reputation as the employer of choice in the field and gaining three new clients annually.

Key Duties:

  1. Drive strategic development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying market trends, analyzing competition, and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Spearhead development of marketing initiatives: You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and creating compelling marketing materials.
  3. Develop and retain clientele: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This includes understanding their needs, addressing any concerns or issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  4. Achieve revenue goals: You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets. This includes identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  5. Provide and coordinate presentations: You will be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. This includes preparing compelling content, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth presentation experience.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. You should be able to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, as well as effectively communicate and present ideas to various stakeholders.

Additionally, you should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Experience in marketing and business development is highly desirable.
