Business Development
Position Overview:
- Drive strategic development, Spearhead development of marketing, Develop and retain clientele, Achieve revenue goals, Provide and coordinate presentations.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Develop annual plans with other department. Define the company new business growth opportunities.
Expected outcome:
- Annual increase in revenue by 20% minimum

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying competitors in the market.
- Define the new expansion areas for the company to sustain its leadership position in the PR field.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Maintain the standard templates of the company and update them regularly.
- Secure one unified client experience with all clients and create tools to ensure loyalty and customer satisfactions.
- Ensure proper training for all new comers to guarantee employees performance.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Define quality control criteria for all services to ensure the customer experience across all clients.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements /Other Skills/Abilities:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or related with at least 3 years in senior position.
